Position:	Chief Financial Officer (240K up + car)

Responsibilities:

Overall management of finance and accounting function, including financial planning, cost control, analysis of revenue, expenses, working capital, cash flow and preparation of budgeting and forecasting
Develop and direct the implementation of financial strategy, systems and procedures and ensure that they comply with Thailand Accounting Standards (TAS) and local regulations
Handle IPO listing preparation, including due diligence and internal control establishment & assessment, etc.
Liaise with financial advisor/SEC/SET/Board of Directors/external auditors and relevant parties regarding IPO preparation process
Direct timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Negotiate commercial and technical terms, conditions with financial institutes on banking facilities
Participate in all Board meetings

Qualifications:

Thai nationality, male/female
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting plus MA or MBA and a CPA would be an advantage
Over 15 years of experience in managing finance, cost accounting and general accounting functions from a manufacturing environment
Experience in IPO listing preparation is a must
Good knowledge of SET/SEC regulations
Good command of English
Ability to work 6 days/week
