Our client is a well-established and international pharmaceutical company and respected as a quality leader in its industry. The Company is in the top five position in its market and continuously delivers steady growth in revenue and profit over the past decade. The Company is now seeking an experienced legal and compliance professional to join top management team.

Responsibilities:

Implement the local Compliance program and drive ethical business conducts, including being a subject matter expert in giving Compliance advice
Develop local SOPs based on global principles & standards, corporate guidelines and policies including local law and regulations
Be part of the top management team and contribute to risk-based decision-making process, including performing activity risk-assessment and creating a monitoring plan
Provide Compliance training to relevant units/functions on a regular basis and ensure relevant function complete all Global Compliance training programs
Provide legal advise to top management and relevant function and ensure that company current activities, business practices and transactions comply with local laws and regulations
Draft and review legal agreements/documents and ensure all legal documentations are updated and completed to protect the company interests and assets
Liaise with regional and global legal teams in support of the company and implement global policies and SOPs
Give advice and guide employees and relevant functions on regulations that related to their activities and changes in existing legislation & regulations
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Thai Nationality only aged over 30
LLB graduate from top universities and LLM from overseas
Over 12 years of experience, preferably a legal and compliance background from leading pharmaceutical companies or from top law firms
Pleasant personality, service-minded with cultural flexibility
Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of sensitive areas
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
Good command of English is required
