General Manager - Sales & Marketing (200K+)

Responsibilities:
- Direct, lead and manage the sales & marketing operations covering Japanese business, electronics and automotive sectors
- Accomplishe marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and developing action plans
- Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; and forecasting projected business
- Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions
- Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales for each sector; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; monitoring costs, and competition
Qualifications:
- Thai nationalilty, preferred aged over 40s
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any related field
- Over 15 years of experience in managing the industrial sales manufacturing, preferably experience in automotive and electronics industries
- A good record of sales achievements
- Proactive, strategic planning, goals-oriented with excellent leadership, communication and management skills
- Willing to work in Chachoengsao
- Computer literate
- Good command of English with the ability to communicate in Japanese
