Our client is one of leading non-life insurance companies with over 60 years of experience in the insurance business. The Company won several awards given by the OIC and continues growing and striving to be in the top 10 in the insurance market.

Responsibilities:

Lead, direct and manage a large team of the insurance motor claims department to meet operation, financial and service requirements
Create functional strategies and specific objectives, including developing budgets, policies and procedures to support the functional infrastructure
Provide guidance and set policies on insurance claims for motor based on coverage appraisal and verifiable damage
Accountable for the strategic processing and payment of motor claims
Keep abreast of any changes to legislation and regulations which pertain to insurance motor claims
Provide guidance to subordinates on the most complex claims

Qualifications:

Thai nationality only
Bachelor's degree in any related field
Over 15 years of experience in motor claim management with a good understanding of overall motor claims operations from leading motor insurance companies
Strong leadership, people management and communication skills
Good command of English is a plus
