Our client is a global consumer goods company providing a wide range of products both for personal and business use with over 70 years presence worldwide. Their products have gained popularity among users all over the word and still maintained the No. 1 share of the global market and Thailand’s market. At present, our client is looking for an experienced HR professional to take on a Human Resources Director role.

Responsibilities:

Manpower Planning: To ensure that requested manpower from each division matches with business goals and directions
Compensation & Benefits: To benchmark packages with others in the market and ensure that existing packages currently offered remain competitive in the market
Training & Development: To ensure that development plan matches requirements of each division and not only help to build competent staff but also improve work effectiveness, leading to achievement of organisation's goals
Organisation Development: To develop the organisation to create more strengths and eliminate weaknesses so as to remain competitive in the market
Employee Relations: To create harmonious working atmosphere within the organisation and ensure employee satisfaction, leading to minimum turnover rate and satisfactory business results
General Affairs: To overview smooth running of head office and all branches, including renovation and construction of new branches and concept stores

Qualification:

Thai nationality, male/female
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or OD or related fields
15 years of experience in a full spectrum of HR function from leading / MNC organizations, with 5 years spent at management level
Experience in C&B would be a plus
Good knowledgeable of Thai labor laws
Friendly, open-minded, self-driven, proactive and result-oriented personality
Strong leadership, strategic thinker, a team player with good communication and people management skills
Computer literacy
Good command of English is required
