Responsibilities:

Overall management of the HR function, including formulating and implementing HR strategies, policies and systems in line with the company policies

Developing the HR Systems, such as KPI, performance management systems, organization development plans, etc.

Accountable for manpower planning, including recruitment and selection
-
Developing the company’s rules & regulations, monitoring discipline and conducting disciplinary actions
-
Overseeing employee relations & activities, including staff welfare and benefits
-
Evaluating training needs, development plans and career path planning
-
Handling staff promotion and termination
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, male/female
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Political Science or any related field
-
Over 6 years of human resources experience in a manufacturing environment, experience in setting up the HR function would be a plus
-
Good knowledge of labor law and HR strategic Planning
-
Service-minded, strategic thinker, a good communicator with excellent interpersonal and people management skills
-
Computer literacy
-
Ability to communicate in English is a plus but not essential
