Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing and revising commercial contracts/agreements and legal documentations mainly in English
Providing legal advice, comments, and legal opinions related to the business of the Company and its affiliates in overseas
Serving as legal advisor on M&A activities, including due diligence, structure of M&A and divestment, drafting and negotiating of acquisition agreements, etc.
Negotiating legal terms and condition on real estate, new business ventures, commercial contracts, joint venture, foreign investment, M&A and international transactions
Coordinating with internal departments, government authorities and external lawyers
Coaching and developing a junior lawyer
Performing other legal counsel tasks as assigned by Legal Director

Qualifications:

Thai nationality, male or female
LLB and LLM from reputable universities and overseas graduate would be a plus
At least 8 years of experience in legal function, experience from leading law firms or leading property developers are desirable but not necessary
Experience in conducting legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing M&A contracts preferred
Well organized, responsible with good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Good command of English is a must
