Responsibilities:

Management of all legal and compliance matters, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and legal documents
Identifying associated legal risks and providing legal advice/legal information to regional legal team and relevant BUs
Ensuring business related activities are in compliance with corporate policies and local laws/regulations
Cooperating with external lawyers on litigation cases (if any)
Arranging Board of Directors and Shareholders meetings
Giving legal opinions to top management
Guiding, developing and evaluating a team of 3 staff in the legal function

Qualifications:

Thai nationality
Bachelor’s degree in law from reputable universities, and LLM from overseas would have an advantage
8-10 years of experience in the legal function, preferably with leading or international business environment
Strong leadership with excellent negotiation and communication skills
Good command of English both written and spoken
