Our client is one of leading insurance and leasing companies with over 20 years of experience in Thailand. The Company has given great important to the principles of good corporate governance and strtives to be a powerful organization in the leasing business. The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead and drive the leasing company into the next level.

Responsibilities:

Set policies, directions and strategies to expand the business and increase sales revenue
Lead, direct and manage a team of auto leasing market to meet financial and business objectives
Manage business development function to ensure the company achieve the set target
Control operating cost vs. revenue ratio
Manage and develop employees to achieve common goals and business objectives
Identify other business opportunities or cross selling opportunities among group of companies
Seek new opportunities for continuous business growth (i.e. development of digital lending, new product development, etc.)

Qualifications:

Thai nationality only, preferably aged over 45
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or any related field
Over 15 years of experience in the leasing business (i.e. auto leasing - operating lease overall business management, including P&L management)
Ability to drive the company to increase sales volume and expand new businesses
Strategic thinker with executive presence and good ethics
Strong leadership, people management and communication skills
Good command of English both written and spoken
