  • Partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Category and Finance to deliver value for the Company through portfolio price architecture development related to consumer needs, channel-based pack and price architecture development, unlocking mix opportunities and driving trade spend optimiazation
  • Support development of the 3-year net revenue management (NRM) roadmap to deliver sustainable growth and margin expansion in partnership with BURM, Commercial, Category, Finance leaders across APAC region 
  • Lead insights projects (Pack U&A, Perceived Value) to faciliate understanding of role of packs
  • Partner with Insights, Digital Transformation, Innovation to ensure that NRM strategy priorities are supported into insights roadmap
  • Define a clear target plans to improve share of critical price tiers, and expand price leadership via targeted innovation commercialization, pricing and Pack Price Architecture (PPA) actions in partnership with the Sector, BU Commercial, Catergory Leads
  • Lead the implementation of Global NRM Analytics Hub for the APAC Sector 
  • Develop a coherent strategy agenda to control and optimize Trade Spend in key markets and parters with BU NRM Leads to deploy.  Drive trade spend optimization, build the data and analytics around the ROI of promotions to deliver Discount & Allowances (D&A) productivity 
  • Deep expertise in NRM and help develop customize RM playbooks and analytics tools to be leveraged by BU RM
  • Define investment requirements (systems, data, analytics) including data, predictive analytics, e-commerce to achieve the long-term NRM strategy roadmap​
  • Track the Annual Operation Plan (AOP) plans for Net Revenue Realization, leveraging pricing, mix and trade promotion optimization levers and lead development of granular plans to achieve the objectives
  • Support the quarterly NRM Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with strategic BU's to evaluate PE
  • Thai or any nationalities who are willing to relocate to work in Bangkok, Thailand 
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field and MBA and or CA/CPA  
  • 10+ years minimum progressive industry experience across Commercial, Finance and/or Strategy Consulting in the FMCG industry with 3+ years direct experience in Revenue Management in FMCG
  • Broad multi-channel experience preferably in established FMCG and/or Retail 
  • Progressive commercial experience in consumer goods (trade marketing, sales finance, analytics and revenue management)
  • Commercial strategy acumen - strong commercial and analytical ability required to manage both the operational and strategic agenda and interrogate complex, incomplete or ambiguous data with ease, including strong analytical and Excel skills    
  • Convesant with financial data tools (SAP Hana) and market data tools (Nielsen, IRI, Dunhumby & retailer POS) & Sales IT Tools - Promote, Newspage, etc.) 
  • In-depth understanding of various analytics tools (tableau, PowerBI, Excel macros, etc.) techniques (price elasticity, cross elasticity, mix heuristics, system profit, etc.) and D&A (Promo ROI, Promo performance, Gross to Net Bridge, WTP linked Price Index, VC impact, etc.) 
  • Good command of English
