Responsibilities:
- Perform property market research, feasibility analysis and identify key strategic locations both in Bangkok and up-country for new store opening for clients/franchisees, (i.e. site research, quantitative survey, competitor analysis, traffic study, etc.)
- Present potential sites/locations for top management review and approval
- Assist clients/franchisees in initially negotiating purchase or lease proposals with property owners/landlords, including re-negotiating to obtain profitable terms for under-performing stores
- Direct and control the construction work of new restaurants as scheduled by working closely with the construction contractor to ensure that the design, layout and functionality meet the HQ standards of operation
- Analyze and keep track of the QSR market for business development opportunities
- Supervision of the restaurant operation (over 50 restaurants)
- Liaison with HQ in NY and Regional office in Singapore
- Give advice to franchisees on the operation improvement and management
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field and MA/MBA is preferred
- 5 years of experience in feasibility study for new site acquisition & new store opening, including site development and post-opening performance analysis
- Background from Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) preferred
- Operation management experience is a plus
- Flexible to travel at sites both in Bangkok and upcountry and willing to travel abroad for training
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Computer literate and good at financial modeling
- Good command of English required
