Position:	Overseas Consolidation Accounting Manager (80-100K)
Ref:	F019/2018
Client:	Property developer/hospitality
Location:	Jatuchak (near MRT/BTS)
Date:	2 Apr 2018

Responsibilities:

Prepare timely consolidation of overseas subsidiaries based on TFRS and submit to the Thai consolidating team
Coordinate with the accounting operations of the overseas subsidiaries
Ensure a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure of overseas subsidiaries
Analyze financial performance of overseas entities and alert top management on important financial aspects
Support budget and forecasting activities
Ensure and execute key internal control in accounting function

Qualifications:

Thai nationality, male or female
Bachelor's degree in Accounting plus MA/MBA
Big 4 background preferred and a CPA would be a plus
At least 8 years of experience of which some years have been spent in the consolidation accounting function, experience from hospitality or leading property developers is a plus
Strong analytical with good communication and coordination skills
Passion to work in the real estate industry
Good command of English is a must
