Responsibilities:
- Direct the overall management and effectiveness of the plant operations which includes production, engineering, maintenance, quality and warehousing
- Ensure the manufacturing facilities operate efficiently and effectively with emphasis on product quality and material wastage reduction
- Ensure that products are produced with quality standards, efficiently in terms of quantity and cost; and in a timely manner to meet customer requirements
- Supervise and manage matters pertaining to production planning, material planning, operations manpower planning, and other pre-production activities
- Ensure that all governmental regulations and guidelines relating to food safety, production, environmental, health and safety are followed
- Work closely with the commercial teams to ensure smooth production operations and output that fulfills customer specifications and expectations
- Prepare and manage budgeting plan and forecasting, production cost & forecasts, work in process to support operating efficiency, productivity continuous improvement and effective stock management
- Drive a culture of high performance and a continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization
- Other duties as assigned by Managing Director
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, male/female
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Foods Science/Food Technology/Engineering or any related field
- Over 10 years of experience from food manufacturing plants with at least 5 years of experience in overall plant management
- Good knowledge of BRC, HACCP, food safety and other food quality systems
- Strong leadership, strategic thinker, with good communication and people management skills
- Ability to work 6-days/week
- Computer literacy
- Ability to communicate in English
