Responsibilities:
- Involve in the strategic planning and sales plan preparation
- Analyse product and market environment of each product category, including direct and indirect competitors
- Coordinate with the R&D team to privide market/product information to assist in new product development to be in line with the strategy of the company and follow-up on new product launch
- Assist the Marketing Director in identifying new trends and manage product life cycle
- Determine the positioning of products (price and performance) in order to manage profitability of each product range
- Recommend new materials, packaging and others to be used in new product development, including new activities, new markets for existing and new customers
- Prepare internal and external communications of the company's products, including technical training for end-users and internal sales force
- Deal with technical complaints and work with involved parties in solving problems
- Liaise with other Product Managers in other countries to establish technical institutions such as lab institutes, university, etc.
Qualification:
- Thai nationality, preferably aged over 30s years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- At least 6 years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably from construction/building materials (FMCG experience also welcome)
- Experience in new product development and working with the R&D Department
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Ability to travel in upcountry and abroad
- Good command of English required
