Responsibilities:

Manage all quality assurance activities, including policy and procedure development, quality improvement of products, materials, components and/or operations
Maintain the quality standard procedures (e.g., ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000), quality audits/review, Taguchi methods, process reengineering, etc.
Adherence to the established corporate policy and compliance, quality best practices, standard operating procedures (SOP) and local regulations
Ensure quality of materials purchased, processed, manufactured and/or distributed by the company
Identify and resolve complex problems
Direct, lead and manage large, potentially diverse teams of managers and/or senior professionals
Prepare departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities

Qualifications:

Thai nationality only
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical, Science, and an MBA is a plus
Over 10 years of quality assurance and quality management experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment (MNC preferred)
Holding Thai Pharmacist License is a must
An experience in Sterile Products manufacturing preferred
Willing to work on a 1-year contract basis
Hands-on with strong leadership and people management skills
Enjoy new challenges and also a good team player
Good command of English is a must (report to expat boss in overseas)
