One client is one of leading suppliers of machines in Thailand with a sales revenue over 120-145MB per annum. Due to continual business expansion, the company is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join the management team to drive the business growth into the next level.

Responsibilities:

Overall management of the Sales & Marketing function to meet annual and long term targets
Establish and run the Marketing function from scratch from developing strategies to drive sales volume to creating a corporate identity and building the Company's brand to leadership recognition
Acquire new customers while maintaining on-going and good relations with long-term customers
Be part of the management team in contributing to the overall development and well being of the company

Qualifications:

Thai nationality, male/female
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Marketing or any related field
Over 8 years of sales and marketing experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven record of running a successful sales team
Has some experience or involvement in the marketing function
Customer-minded, strategic thinker, a good communicator with good analytical, people management and presentation skills
Computer literacy
Ability to communicate in English is a plus but not essential
