VP, Asset Management & Business Development (200-250K)

Responsibilities:
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of business opportunities (hotel acquisition, business development in hospitality, office, retail and residential, etc.) including evaluation and recommendation of business models for such properties
- Identifying M&A business opportunities both in Thailand and overseas and be able to travel as needed
- Conducting & preparing research, feasibility studies, business plans and financial / investment proposals
- Conducting due diligence, financial analysis, investment analysis, financial modelling, land, permission, main contractors, suppliers, etc. and coordinating with relevant parties for making, business development and investment decisions
- Responsible for the asset management of real estate developments across multiple asset classes (retail, residential, hospitality, serviced apartment, office, etc.), including property disposals
- Monitoring and reviewing performance of all operating assets in the portfolio, including analysis and reporting on financial performance, initiating improvements based on the analyses and discussions with the hospitality operators
- Attending Board meetings and involving in the overall business strategy and making strategic business decisions
- Spearheading business strategies that may result in new organizational policies and/or new business platforms
- Involvement in the negotiations and contracts (for property development, property disposals and M&A / JV projects) by working with target company’s shareholders or JV business partners, etc.
- Coordinating with relevant parties (lawyer, bank, government authorities, etc.) and outsourced consultants such as tax advisors, legal advisors and business plan advisors to ensure smooth transitions of M&A and/or JV processes
- Stakeholder management by working closely and assisting in fund raising, REIT, private equity funds, etc.
Qualifications:
- Any nationality, preferably dynamic, positive mindset and hard-working
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
- At least 8 years of experience in business development and/or asset management with stong financial modeling, financial forecasting, research and investment analysis
- Experience with a real estate developer, operator, brokerage/ property consultancy, private equity, or investment firm preferred
- Has a passion working in the real estate sector
- Good leadership with excellent negotiation and people management skills
- Good command of English is a must
