Position: VP, Business Process Improvement & Transformation (200K)

Location: Sukhumvit

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze enterprise wide to identify areas of improvement and effective ways to enhance corporate efficiency
  • Streamline work flow process to reduce redundancy, cost and time consumption
  • Manage business transformation projects, timelines, including budget control and appropriate solutions to meet business requirements 
  • Involve in each development phase and assist all parties to understand the implications and requirements on business transformation
  • Prepare presentations and reports on deliverables

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality, male or female aged over 30s
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field (i.e. engineering, business administration, etc.) 
  • Over 10 years of experience in business transformation or business process improvement functions 
  • Experience from any industry is welcome
  • Strong analytical and problems-solving skill plus a good decision making
  • Excellent interpersonal, project management and communication skills
  • Good command of English required (to liaison with HQ in overseas)
