Position: VP Compensation & Benefits (200K)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop rewards, compensation & benefits strategies
  • Manage and supervise the Compensation & Benefits team, including payroll & HRIS operation, and Employee Relations function
  • Develop and design compensation packages and policies in line with the organization's strategy
  • Perform compensation and benefits surveys 
  • Design reward and recognition programs
  • Understand and implement job analysis, job evaluation, salary survey/benchmarking and comparison and salary structure including benefit review
  • Undertake benchmarking and implement motivating and equitable reward practices and systems ensuring consistency with corporate HR policy
  • Drive and participate in the annual salary survey process. Analyze a survey data to ensure that the organization is in the competitive position, and appropriate compensation across all divisions and subsidiaries
  • Make recommendations on changes to remuneration and benefits policy to the Head of HR to ensure maintenance of the competitiveness of our offering
  • Design, creation and improvement of salary, benefit and bonus systems
  • Coordinate the rollout of corporate remuneration programs
  • Drive the corporate grading process to provide a basis for internal equity and fairness in job classification
  • Conduct job evaluation for various positions to determine appropriate job grade
  • Forecast budget for salary increases and rewarding program
  • Others as assigned
Qualification:
  • Thai nationality, male/female
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or any related field
  • 15 years of compensations and benefits experience from leading organizations
  • Strong analytical and good communication skills 
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Knowledge about different options of compensation and ways to motivate people, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification programs
  • Good command of English is a plus
