Responsibilities:

Overall accounting and finance management, including timely analysis and presentation of financial reports, cash flow management, financial forecasting, budget review and preparation, internal control, etc.
Prepare short & long term financial forecasts for top management
Lead the annual audit process and liaison with external auditors
Identify areas of improvement in the finance and accounting functions, including overall policy and work flow process
Coordinate, analyze and report business financial performance to management and Board of Directors

Qualifications:

Thai nationality, preferably in late 30s to early 40s
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or MA/MBA + CPA is a plus
At least 10 years of experience in overall accounting and finance management, including financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, internal control and taxation
Ability to manage a large team (5-6 direct reports and 50 staff in total)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Computer literate
Good command of English required
