Responsibilities:

Identify new business development opportunities by conducting property market analysis, SWOT analysis and involving in new land acquisition
Assist the Line Manager in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting on 3-year & 5-year business plan
Participate in corporate finance strategy, project financing and REITs
Assist the Line Manager in controlling budget and cost of new development projects
Case flow management on existing projects
Conduct financial & investment analysis using financial modeling

Qualifications:

Thai nationality
Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
At least 5 years of experience in land acquisition, market analysis, business development analysis, feasibility study, financial analysis for new development projects, preferably experience with leading property developers
Ability to work with cross-functional teams such as architect, sales & marketing, product development, construction, procurement, etc.
Passion to work in the real estate business is a plus
Ability to communicate in English both written and spoken
