Responsibilities:

Direct, lead and manage the overall day-to-day manufacturing operations covering engineering, warehousing, production, QA, etc. in order to meet business objectives and corporate goals
Production and cost control management of the operations, including continuous operations improvement
Ensure the operations run smoothly with high level quality standards and achieve highest productivity

Qualifications:

Expat nationalilty, Singaporean / Malaysian preferred aged over 40s
Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering
Over 15 years of experience in managing the manufacturing operations in Thailand
A good understanding of Thai culture and extensive experience in managing the BOI manufacturer of auto parts / rubber components
Dynamic, strategic thinker, result-oriented with excellent leadership, communication, and management skills
Ready to expand his roles to cover sales operations management
Willing to work in Chachoengsao
Computer literate
