Group Engineering Manager (110K-120K)

Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the Engineering Department based in the corporate HQ in Sathorn to drive high performance and enhance efficiency of the Engineering Department of all factories both in Thailand and overseas
- Work with the Engineering teams on M&E design, planning, costing, installation and commissioning for new plant start-up, renovation projects and maintenance
- Establish a Preventive Maintenance Master Plan for all factories by developing SOP for all R&M of machinery and related machine parts
- Lead quarterly audit of all Engineering Departments, including providing training and development for each factory engineer
- Provide technical supervision for new project expansion and new factory start-up
- Involved in preparing the Company's annual business plan and CAPEX plan by working closely with the Group Procurement team on a monthly basis
- Oversee engineering and standardization by coordinating with production, operation, quality & management, procurement to enhance process and productivity improvements
Qualifications:
- Thai national, in late 30s to mid 40s
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
- At least 10 years of experience in managing the Engineering Department
- A good understanding of M&E procedures, preferably from food and food related industries (food & beverages, feed, etc.)
- Dynamic, hands-on with excellent leadership, communication, organization, people and project management skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision with a flare of strategic thinking, planning and problem solving skill
- Willing to travel upcountry and abroad
- Ability to communicate in English
