Position:	Head of Business Development (Corporate Finance) (150-180K)

Responsibilities:

Preparation of business plans and management of budgets for new development projects, including financial growth strategy development
Involvement in the analysis of market research trends to identify new business development opportunities
Preparation of business presentations to the top management
Develop corporate and financial strategy, buudgeting and forecasting on business plans
Cash flow management on existing project, including financial control on budget of new development projects
Investment analysis and fund sourcing (loans, project finance, REITs, etc.)
Dealing with banks, financial institutions and/or investors

Qualifications:

Thai nationality, preferably aged 40 and above
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and/or MA/MBA is a plus
Over 10 years of experience in corporate finance management, including financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting, project finance, REIT, etc.
Experience in the real estate industry is desirable
Good leadership and people management skills
Good command of English
