Position:	Head of Property Management (150-180K)

Responsibilities:

Lead, direct and monitor the property management operations, covering serviced apartments, condominium, commercial building and office building
Handle overall facility management, including regulatory compliance management, energy management, SLA management, safety & security, financial management (budget preparation & cost control, reporting, etc.), and project management (renovation, maintenance and repairs, etc.)
Set up and prepare inventory control system and manage building asset registration

Qualifications:

Thai nationality, preferably aged 40 and above
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics and an MBA would be a plus
Over 10 years of experience in building management or property & facility management
Ability to work with all levels of people
Serviced-minded, with ability to work under pressure and unforeseen circumstances
Good people management, problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills
Ability to communicate in English both written and spoken
