Responsibilities:

Manage alll aspects of the group of companies' legal function, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and legal documents
Provide legal advice and opinions to senior management
In charge of company secretarial matters i.e. arrangement of Board of Directors and Shareholders meetings
Alert associated legal risks to relevant BU and top management
Ensure all business related activities of the group of companies are in compliance with SET/SEC regulations and Thai laws
Cooperate with external lawyers (if any)
Direct, coach, develop and evaluate a team of 4 staff in the legal function

Qualifications:

Thai nationality
LLB from reputable universities, and LLM from overseas would have an advantage
8-10 years of experience in the legal function, preferably from leading law firms or international business environment
Legal experience in the property business would be a plus
Strong leadership with excellent negotiation and communication skills
Good command of English both written and spoken
