Position:	New Product Development Manager (120K-150K)

Client:	Publicly listed food manufacturer
Location:	Sathorn
Date:	9 May 2016

Responsibilities:

Work closely with commercial, marketing, R&D and production team in food application and new product development
Conduct in-house sensory testing and consumer testing
Coordinate with relevant parties for all product development projects

Qualifications:

Thai nationality in late 30s to early 40s
At least Master's degree in Science / Food Technology / Food Engineering
Over 10 years of experience in NPD roles with leading food manufacturers or FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) from related industries such as sauces/dressing, RTE foods, meat, dairy products, bakery/snacks, etc.
Good knowledge of standard food management system GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, BRC or FSC 22000
Cross-functional works with marketing & sales and familiar with consumer research, focus group, etc.
Be able to work in multi-cultural environment
Passion in developing new product / product innovation application
Curiosity to seek the solution of the given challenge with teamwork attitude
Love cooking and trying new things
Strong project management skill and good people coordination skill
Good command of English both written and spoken
