Location:	Nakorn Pathom

Responsibilities:

Overall management of the factory, managing the operations (Production, R&D, QA, QC and Logistics)
Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations to the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
Increase production productivity, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining/improving current quality standards
Effectively monitor and control budgets of the factory

Qualifications:

Thai nationality, aged 45-50 years old
Bachelor’s or/and Master’s degrees in related field
Experience in overall factory management
Active, assertive, has a vision, came from a systematic manufacturer
Strong Leadership, multi-tasking with the ability to work under pressure
Strong people management and coaching skills
Knowledge of ISO ,GMP & HACCP and others
Knowledge of ERP software (Microsoft Dynamic AX is an advantage)
Good command of English with computer literacy
Able to work at Nakorn Pathom
Able to work 6 days/week
