Responsibilities:

• Manage a large salesforce of around 80 staff to achieve the annual sales targets
• Work with the marketing team to expand distribution channels and sales promotion activities
• Develop sales strategies and sales planning with key customers, including creating and executing strategic programs (i.e. promotions, sampling, etc.) and pre & post analysis to enhance executions
• Identify ways to obtain point of sales data on key segments to evaluate trends and pin point new business opportunities to increase market share or even possible investments on product displays, etc.
• Put in place a cash van sales distribution monthly reports that provides visibility into market sales, product channel performance, inventory, and other key activities
• Plan, manage and report on approved traditional sales expenses and investment budgets
• Develop and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets     

• Thai nationality, preferably aged over 40s years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields
• Over 10 years of experience in sales distribution (both MT and TT markets), preferably experience from FMCG or Food related industries
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage and lead a large salesforce
• Experience in preparing sales budgets and forecasting, etc.
• Dynamic, self-starter and able to work with a minimum supervision 
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Ability to travel in upcountry 
• Ability to communicate in English
